According to the prospectus signed by two Americans, ZHIXU ZHOU and FENG YING who have been still Chair and Director thereof respectively, Zhejiang Dahua Technology Co.,Ltd. and Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd, among other things, were end consumers of 3PEAK INCORPORATED. It was disclosed in the prospectus that 3PEAK INCORPORATED was initially founded jointly by ZHIXU ZHOU, FENG YING,ZHI MOU, and Suzhou Angu Venture Capital Co., Ltd.(苏州安固创业投资有限公司) on 23rd April 2012,and was converted from private limited company ie "有限公司" to a public limited company ie "股份有限公司" on 26th January 2016. ZHI MOU resigned from Director position and transferred shareholding therein on 15th May 2013.

According to financial statements audited by PWC China, 3PEAK (HONGKONG) LIMITED, ANIMATO (HONGKONG) LTD, ANIMATO (SG) PTE. LTD. and ANIMATO ELECTRONICS, INC. were wholly owned subsidiaries of 3PEAK INCORPORATED as of 31st December 2022.
From September 2012 to present, HING WONG, born in 1962, American nationality, serves as a director of 3PEAK INCORPORATED.
ZHIXU ZHOU, male, born in 1968, American nationality. Bachelor's, Master's and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from Arizona State University, USA.
From June 1994 to September 2007, he worked for Motorola, Inc. (changed to Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. in 2004) and served as device and process R&D engineer, senior engineer, chief researcher, analog circuit design chief engineer, member of the Science and Technology Committee, and senior member of the Science and Technology Committee;
From January 2008 to April 2012, he worked at 3PEAK INCORPORATED. (a private limited company) as chairman and general manager;
From April 2012 to present, he has worked for 3PEAK INCORPORATED (a public limited company established from the aforementioned private limited company) and is currently the chairman of the company.

FENG YING, male, born in 1969, American nationality, holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Zhejiang University, a master's degree in physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, and a PhD in microelectronics from the University of Texas at Dallas.
From June 1998 to March 2007, he worked at Texas Instruments Incorporated as the technical manager of the hybrid digital IC design department.
From April 2007 to August 2009, he worked at C2 Microsystems Inc. as design director;
From September 2009 to April 2012, he worked at 3PEAK INCORPORATED. (a private limited company) as chief technology officer.
From April 2012 to present, he has worked for 3PEAK INCORPORATED (a public limited company established from the aforementioned private limited company) and currently serves as the company’s director, deputy general manager and chief technology officer.
