Ford Motor is supplier to Chinese Wuhan National Biosafety IV Lab's Architect
According to the Environmentent Impactment Assessment acceptance report of the Zhengdian Laboratory of Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences ie Chinese Wuhan National Biosafety IV Lab as of June 2018, China Zhongyuan International Engineering Co., Ltd. was responsible for architecture, and China Electronic Systems Engineering Corporation, Zhigao Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Yuhao Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd were responsible for the construction.
China Zhongyuan International Engineering Co., Ltd., the architect of the National Biosafety P4 Laboratory in Chinese Academy of Sciences, is a subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corporation. It has been proved by the financial statements of China National Machinery Industry Corporation with an unqualified audit report.
China National Machinery Industry Corporation participated in the CCP's military projects as indicated by the footnote of deferred income in the abovementioned audited financial statements: 12027011 dual-parameter military project, large-scale aircraft die forging production line construction, nuclear power equipment autonomy in 2010, and construction of xx aircraft development support conditions. Similar to the logic of IFRS, the amortization of deferred income to the current profit and loss means that the subsidized activities have occurred or the subsidized assets have reached the expected state of use.

2020 年10 月，公司与ABPRO 签署《合作与许可协议》《联合承诺书》和《第一修订案》等协议，ABPRO 将被授予在ABPRO 区域内对9MW3311 开发和商业化的许可。迈威生物在未能取得对与格物智康共同申请专利的完全控制时，迈威生物在《合作与许可协议》中授予ABPRO 的许可类型为《中华人民共和国专利法》第十五条规定的普通许可，同时迈威生物进一步同意，不会将其独立开发的知识产权和/或共同申请的知识产权中迈威的权益许可给ABPRO 区域内的任何其他一方。迈威生物承担该产品在美国获得IND 批准前相关的CMC 和非临床开发成本；及承担双方共同认可的任何一个或多个国家开展许可抗体的II 期临床试验及注册相关费用的30%，但至多不得超过120 万美元；ABPRO 将承担其余所有费用。ABPRO 将在9MW3311 实现规定的里程碑事件后，向公司支付最高1.22 亿美元的里程碑款，外加该产品销售个位数百分比的销售分成。

从这个应急管理相关上市公司的董事会构成来看，又可以看出习氏政权的应急管理体系相关主要人员包括中国人民解放军、习惯毛贼东那一套的极左，而习近平就是在实行毛贼东那一套又打算将中共政权转换为帝制的极左，俗话说道不同不相为谋，这里体现得淋漓尽致。
