Democracy is Under Threat: Mitsubishi, EPSON and Apple are supporting Chinese People's Liberation Army with Technology and Finance respectively

The registrated prospectus of BOZHON PRECISION INDUSTRY TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD.(Bozhong) on 8 April 2021: The company's dual-use intelligence guided vehicle and dual-use high-precision testing equipment were awarded winning prize of the 2nd China Dual-use Technology Innovation Application Competition by the National Defense Science and Technology Bureau of the Communist China, the Equipment Development Department of the Military Commission and the Training Management Department of the Military Commission of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, etc.

Independent Director of Bozhong, Yuzhen Gong, graduated with a Ph.D. from the Strategic Research Department of the PLA Academy of Military Sciences, a researcher at the Strategic Research Department of the Academy of Military Sciences 1994-2004, a researcher at the National Development Research Institute of Peking University from 2004 to 2013, and a visiting scholar at Cornell University’s East Asian Research Center in 2006-2007.

Suzhou Wujiao Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Bozhong, holds the "Weapon Equipment Quality Management System Certification Certificate" (Registration Number: 18QJ20099R0M), and The "Three-level Qualification Certificate for Weapon and Equipment Scientific Research and Production Units" issued by the Jiangsu Provincial State Secrets Bureau and the Jiangsu Provincial Office of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. It mainly develops automation equipment and other businesses, and the application field focuses on the military industry, which belongs to the market of non-consumer electronic applications.

Bozhong Robotics, a subsidiary of Bozhong, and Suzhou Wujiao applied for a patent for a communication system for police suppression AGV dispatch, patent number: 2018206570549, applied on 14 May 2018, a patent for patrol robot, patent number 2018305437682 applied on 27 September 2018, a patrol car control system and patrol car, patent number 2018220335270, applied on 5 December 2018.

The top five overseas customers in 2017-2020 include Quanta Computer lnc., Apple and Foxconn, and Apple’s annual purchases from Bozhong, including automated assembly equipment and automated testing equipment, are more than 900 million Chinese Yuan. Bozhong is the largest supplier of automated assembly equipment in terms of sales in the Final Assembly Test & Package phase of Apple’s products in China. The company also has patents for security robots and outdoor patrol cars.

It could be expected that the Apple products made in China by PLA company are extremely insecure and likely to violate privacy of consumers. Apple financed PLA by purchasing products from PLA company Bozhong.

Bozhong is also suspected to be engaged with forced labour through labour outsoucing scheme which de facto deprives workers of nearly all rights and forces workers to accept low wages. All the Apple products made in China should be rejected at US Customs.

The top five suppliers of Bozhong include Keyence (China) Co., Ltd. (sensors, etc.), Cognex Vision Inspection System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (imaging systems, etc.), Mitsubishi Motor Automation (China) Co., Ltd.,(robotic arms) , EPSON HONG KONG LIMITED (robotic arms), etc. What Bozhong purchased from Epson are the four-axis manipulator and six-axis manipulator industrial robot arms. The models are mainly RS3-351S/RC180, RS3-351S/RC700-A and C4-A601S/RC700.

Other major suppliers of Bozhong include SMC (China) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary companies, ATEQ company and its affiliates, Singapore SYDQ Co., Ltd. Taiwan branch Suzhou Terui Te Robotics Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Axis Automation Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Yisheng Robot Technology Co., Ltd. and Misumi (China) Precision Machinery Trading Co., Ltd. Bozhong also purchases core components produced by EPSON, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, and SMC from Suzhou Yisheng and its subsidiaries.

But Bozhong stated in its prospectus that it also entered the Huawei's supplier system which is under technology export control of America. Bozhong provided the China Air-to-Air Missile Research Institute with a microstrip and cover plate automatic assembly production line (Despite the line unaccepted equivalent to free of charge after delivery,the balance of goods shipped to the institute increased every year from 2017 to 2020). The Chinese Communist Party’s military enterprise China Great Wall Computer Shenzhen Co., Ltd. was provided high-end fault-tolerant computer production lines at a price below cost (cost 17.0962 million yuan, price 15.242 million yuan) by Bozhong. All the enterprises mentioned in the paragraph are part of PLA that is subject to export control of USA.

The top five customers of Bozhong for the ending balance of accounts receivable in 2017-2020 include Apple operations (fully paid after the period), China Great Wall Computer Shenzhen Co., Ltd., and Guadiq Co., Ltd., etc.

Then all the suppliers of Bozhong may have violated American export control regulation.

债券募集说明书提到：2013 年1 月，中国人民解放军总后勤部卫生部药品器材局组织专家对军事医学科学院六所与海正药业共建的“军队特需药品原料药中试基地”进行了现场GMP 验收。专家组对基地的建设和管理给予了充分肯定，达到相关要求，通过了验收。

主营业务抄袭辉瑞商业模式

原料药产品板块主要是特色原料药的生产销售，包括抗肿瘤药、抗寄生虫药及兽药、抗感染药、心血管药、内分泌药，制剂产品包括抗肿瘤药以及高端培南类抗感染药等领域，海正药业也在逐步拓展国际制剂业务，主要通过国际合作方式实现制剂产品向药政市场的出口，与部分全球性医药企业建立了战略性合作伙伴关系，由制剂OEM、制剂转移生产发展为合作开发形式。已有氟伐他汀和他克莫司两个品种与合作企业联合申报药证，现已在欧洲上市。

海正药业主要通过控股子公司海晟药业公司和瀚晖制药公司销售制剂产品。瀚晖制药公司是公司目前主要制剂销售平台，以学术推广模式为主进行市场开发和产品导入，该公司沿袭了辉瑞的国际化管理模式和合规体系构建，海晟药业公司承担了公司自产制剂产品的国内推广业务，包括骨科药物硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊、通络生骨胶囊、保肝护肝类腺苷蛋氨酸等品种。

瀚晖制药有限公司成立于2012 年9 月，注册地址为浙江省富阳市胥口镇下练村，法定代表人蒋国平，设立时，海正药业持有该公司5%股权，海正药业子公司海正药业（杭州）有限公司持有该公司46%股权，辉瑞公司持有该公司49%股权。2018 年6 月30 日，海正辉瑞制药有限公司经杭州市富阳区市场监督管理局核准，“海正辉瑞制药有限公司”名称变更为“瀚晖制药有限公司”，现有注册资本155,203.04 万元。

经营范围：专注于研发生产高质量的品牌仿制药，其产品组合将覆盖抗肿瘤、心血管、抗感染、神经系统、免疫抑制剂等治疗领域。

高管普遍曾在外资、外国企业任职，部分高管可能是前台湾中央研究院院长、副院长的化名，是中共偷美国、台湾、德国等国技术的贼窝

李琰：历任美国西格玛奥德里奇（中国）公司业务发展部总监，美国卡博特化工（中国）公司业务发展部总监，方源资本高级副总裁，工银国际融通资本执行董事、董事总经理，吉林省博大制药股份有限公司董事长、总经理。现任公司董事、总裁，兼任瀚晖制药有限公司总经理、辉正（上海）医药科技有限公司法定代表人兼总经理兼执行董事、上海辽润医药科技有限公司经理。

海正药业自己设了中央研究开发院。中国大陆文字狱这么严重，起这个名字说明海正药业很有问题，习近平和海正药业是什么关系啊。

张祯颖：爱尔兰国立梅努斯大学金融工程硕士，美国注册管理会计师。曾任普华永道中天会计师事务所北京分所审计部高级审计，施维雅制药财务管控经理，工银国际融通资本投资经理，瀚晖制药有限公司总裁助理。现任公司财务总监，瀚晖制药有限公司会计结算总监。

国际社会和跨国公司需要谨防不受PCAOB检查的国际四大会计师事务所中国和香港分所泄密风险

不能忽略国际四大会计师事务所中共国和香港分所的业务类型：外资、跨国公司中国分公司的审计，工作人员将能接触到被审计单位的技术资料，而且由于中共政权阻碍PCAOB检查，国际四大会计师事务所的中国分所员工因此更可能肆意妄为泄漏客户商业机密。美国应该与盟国一起采取措施禁止国际四大会计师事务所中国和香港分所员工被轮换到美国、英国、日本、台湾、德国等盟国，不许国际四大会计师事务所中国和香港分所员工接触国际四大位于盟国的审计底稿。
