Hong Kong's bank is suffering from communist iron fists of Beijing with a consequence of more than 16 million penalty

 The first three fines issued by the Shanghai Branch of the People's Bank of China in the beginning of the year were aimed at the bank's illegal collection of credit information, as reported by The Paper or Pengpai News(澎湃新闻网)

January 10 , Bank of East Asia (China) Co., Ltd. for violation of credit information collection, provision, inquiries and related administration regulations, was fined 16.74 million Chinese Yuan, and ordered to make corrections.

This is also the first tens of millions of fines issued by the central bank system this year.

The Bank of East Asia, Ltd. was established in Hong Kong , China in 1918, and the Bank of East Asia (China) Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. It is one of the first wholly-owned subsidiary foreign legal person banks approved to be incorporated in the Mainland.

On the same day, the Shanghai Branch of Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd. was also fined RMB 2.55 million by the Shanghai Branch of the Central Bank for violating the regulations on the collection, provision, inquiry and related management of credit information, and was ordered to make corrections within a time limit.

The responsible person also received a fine at the same time.

Former branch president Qinzhou Bo in the Zhangjiang, Shanghai Branch of Bank of Beijing , was fined 100,000 yuan because of  responsibility violation of credit information collection, provision, conduct inquiries and related provisions of administration.

In 1997, Cai Hongping joined Peregrine and sponsored Beijing Enterprises with Morgan Stanley. In January 1998, Peregrine announced its liquidation and asked the Hong Kong government to take over.

Ford Motor is supplier to Chinese Wuhan National Biosafety IV Lab's Architect

According to the Environmentent Impactment Assessment acceptance report of the Zhengdian Laboratory of Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences ie Chinese Wuhan National Biosafety IV Lab as of June 2018, China Zhongyuan International Engineering Co., Ltd. was responsible for architecture, and China Electronic Systems Engineering Corporation, Zhigao Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Yuhao Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd were responsible for the construction.

China Zhongyuan International Engineering Co., Ltd., the architect of the National Biosafety P4 Laboratory in Chinese Academy of Sciences, is a subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corporation. It has been proved by the financial statements of China National Machinery Industry Corporation with an unqualified audit report. 

China National Machinery Industry Corporation participated in the CCP's military projects as indicated by the footnote of deferred income in the abovementioned audited financial statements: 12027011 dual-parameter military project, large-scale aircraft die forging production line construction, nuclear power equipment autonomy in 2010, and construction of xx aircraft development support conditions. Similar to the logic of IFRS, the amortization of deferred income to the current profit and loss means that the subsidized activities have occurred or the subsidized assets have reached the expected state of use.

Lv Zhongmei, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and Chen Pingping, Secretary of the Party Group and Vice President of the Wuhan Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, visited the Zhengdian.

Chen Zhu visited Zhengdian on April 29, 2014. The Chinese Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Sino-French Zhengdian Project Cooperation Project: Chen Zhu, the French Chairman, Alain Mérieux, President of the French Mérieux Biogroup. The EIA acceptance report of the Zhengdian Laboratory of Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences: The EIA design requires discontinuous emission of exhaust gas from ordinary laboratories, and the amount of exhaust gas containing acids and other volatile chemicals is small. The actual situation does not require this. The EIA design requires that the laboratory disinfection exhaust gas be fumigated with formaldehyde, and hydrogen peroxide is actually used. During construction, the core building is displaced and its shape is changed. What is the purpose of the change? To increase engineering profits, or to increase concealed engineering in order to release something?

Wuhan Institute of Virology entrusted Wuhan Beihu Yunfeng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., which is not qualified to dispose of infectious waste (infectious waste code set by the Ministry of Environmental Protection: 831-001-01), to dispose of laboratory waste (laboratory waste code: 900-047-49, the qualification was obtained on April 17, 2018, and the business was accepted as soon as the qualification was obtained).

The Chinese Academy of Sciences has an article in 2010: Laboratory waste disposal is a long-standing problem with high costs. The standards of the Chinese Ministry of Environmental Protection do not specify whether laboratory waste 900-047-49 is infectious waste. The regulations on biosafety management of pathogenic microbiology laboratories are difficult to apply to the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory, which involves the military and is vertically managed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The CCP’s regulations on the biosafety management of pathogenic microorganism laboratories stipulate that military laboratories shall be supervised and managed by the health authorities of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army with reference to these regulations, which means that the military laboratories of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army can be exempted from local daily supervision for a long time. The Wuhan Institute of Virology can block inspections by local government agencies on the grounds of state secrets.

In the final analysis, it is still a systemic problem of the CCP. The CCP system keeps Chinese people away from God, living in hell, and trying to use the virus to drag the whole world into hell.

中科院武汉病毒研究所郑店实验室环评验收报告：环评设计要求普通实验室废气不连续排放，含酸及其他挥发性化学物废气量小。实际情况没有这个要求。环评设计要求实验室消毒废气经过甲醛熏蒸，实际用过氧化氢。建设时，核心建筑移位、外形变更。改变的目的是什么?增加工程利润，还是为了增加隐蔽工程以便释放什么?

武汉病毒研究所委托不具有感染性废物（中共国家环保部设定的感染性废物代码：831-001-01）处置资格的武汉北湖云峰环保科技有限公司处置实验室废物（实验室废物代码：900-047-49，资质取得时间2018年4月17日，刚取得资质就接业务）。

中科院2010年有篇文章：实验室废物处理是一个老大难问题，成本高。中共环境保护部的标准未明确实验室废物900-047-49是否为感染性废物。病原微生物实验室生物安全管理条例对涉及军方的、中科院垂直管理的武汉国家生物安全实验室很难适用。中共病原微生物实验室生物安全管理条例规定军队实验室由中国人民解放军卫生主管部门参照本条例负责监督管理，意味着中国人民解放军军队实验室可以长期不受地方日常性的监管。武汉病毒研究所可以用国家机密为由阻止当地政府机构的检查。

说到底还是中共的体制性问题。中共体制让中国人远离上帝，活在地狱中，并试图用病毒将全世界拉入地狱。

PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP (1424) – China's working papers on TESLA, INC. CIK (0001318605) have been denied access of US PCAOB for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020.

The auditor's papers on Emerson's China business from 2017 to 2021 for 5 consecutive years have not been inspected by the PCAOB of the United States.

As the US PCAOB cannot check the audit papers of the China and Hong Kong branches of the four major international accounting firms, the audit issues of the China and Hong Kong branches of AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and HSBC have been highlighted by PCAOB many times. PCAOB said that accounting firms outside of China and Hong Kong rely on the work of Chinese and Hong Kong firms when doing multinational company auditing services.
