彭博社报道法国国会议员计划将在近期访问中华民国表达对台湾人民和自由的支持

 据彭博社报道，中华民国外交部长表示，法国立法者正计划在台湾与中国大陆的紧张局势加剧之际访问中华民国首都台北。中华民国外交部长吴钊燮周一在接受采访时表示，法国参议院和国民议会已经表明了对台湾的支持，一些立法者将“很快”访问。

根据《中华民国与美利坚合众国间共同防御条约》第6条和7条，中华民国与美利坚合众国间共同防御条约适用的中华民国领土包括台湾与澎湖及其附近。

根据《台湾地区与大陆地区人民关系条例》，台湾地区是指台湾、澎湖、金门、马祖及中华民国政府统治权所及之其他地区。

The Chinese Communist Party has always been a failed party, and the People's Republic of China has always been a failed state, a state that has failed much more than the most failed African states. The Chinese Communist Party uses detention, torture, and threats to deter dissidents who reveal the reality and history of  failures of Chinese Communist Party, and uses Internet firewalls, restrictions on freedom of going abroad, and deliberately reducing visa-free countries to cover up  failures of Chinese Communist Party. If Chinese citizens could go abroad and there's no Internet firewalls, they could have more opportunities of finding truths on their own.

Zhi-Yong Xu and Jia-Xi Ding were given heavy sentence just for political opinions and wanting a different version China

In December 2019, Zhi-Yong Xu (a/k/a 许志永,许志勇,Xu Zhiyong) and Jia-Xi Ding (a/k/a 丁家喜, Ding Jiaxi) met with other human rights activists and lawyers in Xiamen to discuss current politics and the future of China.Jia-Xi Ding was first taken away from his friend's home by Shandong Public Security Bureau or police on 26th December 2019.

While fleeing, Zhi-Yong Xu issued a "letter of resignation persuasion" to Xi Jinping, the President of the People's Republic of China. Zhi-Yong Xu was taken away by the police on 15th February 2020 for criminal detention, was formally arrested on 19th June 2020， and was prosecuted on 19th January 2021.

For the crime of subverting state power, Zhi-Yong Xu was sentenced to 14 years in prison, and Jia-Xi Ding was sentenced to 12 years in prison，by Chinese Communist Party on 10th April 2023.

It is not allowed by Chinese Communist Party to give their family members a paper depicting the judgment, except to tell their family members the terms to be served in prison.

Xiao-Long Ji was prosecuted and Si-Yu Chen was detained for posting information online regarded as disrupting cyberspace public order by CCP

According to a report by Radio Free Asia, Xiao-Long Ji(a/k/a 季孝龙,Ji Xiaolong)  launched the "toilet revolution"or 厕所革命 in July 2018, calling on the public to write slogans such as opposing Xi Jinping's proclaiming emperor and demanding that the Communist Party return power to the people on the toilet doors of public places such as hospitals and universities. For this reason, Xiao-Long Ji was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison by the Shanghai Pudong New Area Court上海市浦东新区法院 in January 2019 for the crime of "picking quarrels and provoking trouble"寻衅滋事罪.

During the lockdown period of the COVID19 pandemic in August 2022, Xiao-Long Ji once again sent a real-name petition to Qiang Li (a/k/a Li Qiang,李强), current  Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China and then Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal  Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, criticizing the humanitarian disaster caused by the lockdown of the city that commenced in April 2022, and warned local officials in Shanghai not to blindly follow the instructions of the central government,while at the same time, Qiang Li was asked to step down and take responsibility for the major accidents.

Xiao-Long Ji was taken away from his home in Shanghai by the police on 81s August 2022, and was criminally detained on 2nd September 2022. On 23rd September 2022, he was arrested by the Shanghai Pudong New Area Procuratorate上海市浦东新区检察院 on suspicion of "picking quarrels and provoking trouble".

Xiao-Long Ji was prosecuted by the Pudong New Area Procuratorate on 17th March 2023, on charges of "picking quarrels and provoking trouble."

It is stipulated in the 4th provision of paragraph 1 of section 293 of The Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China中华人民共和国刑法 that whoever commits any of the following acts of picking quarrels and provoking troubles, disrupting social order, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, criminal detention or control:(4) Making disturbances in public places, causing serious disorder in public places.

It is stipulated in section 5 of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Using Information Networks to Commit Defamation, etc.最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理利用信息网络实施诽谤等刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释 that whoever fabricates false information, or knowingly disseminates false information on the information network, or organizes or instigates personnel to disseminate it on the information network, causing disturbances, causing serious disturbance to public order, shall be convicted and punished for the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble in accordance with the 4th provision of paragraph 1 of section 293 of the Criminal Law.

It could be safely concluded that Chinese Communist Party has been systematically to suppress free speech, suppress truths and commit crime against humanity using its state power of appointing represenatives to National People's Congress, manipulating election of People's Representatives, manipulating legislation, appointing judges and manipulating judicial interpretation. The truths suppressed include but without limitation to great famine during great leap forward, forced organ transplantation,torture, COVID-19 virus origin,early data of COVID 19 pandemic, forced prison labour, suppression on Chritrians and Muslims, robbery of properties,etc.Therefore, Chinese Communist Party should better be prosecuted in an international criminal court and designated as terrorist organisation to protect freedom and security of everyone living in China. Those living in China include but without limitation to employees of multinationals,auditors, accountants, human rights workers or journalists from Nigeria，Pakistan,Egypt,the USA, UK, EU, Japan, Canada, Australia, Taiwan, etc.

Chinese Communist Party is a serious threat to men and women of every skin colour, black, white, yellow,etc.

Si-Yu Chen (a/k/a Chen Siyu,陈思宇), a Sichuan woman who posted information to demand justice for her husband on the Internet, was put into administrative detainment for 15 days for "disrupting public order" on the 12th April 2023, and was later transferred to criminal custody.

The information about Si-Yu Chen being put into criminal custody was from the Weibo posted by lawyer Xue-Ping Deng,"邓学平".

Gui-Qi Zhang was sentenced into prison for calling for the resignation of Xi Jinping and the end of the Chinese Communist Party dictatorship

Gui-Qi Zhang (张桂琪) with alias Lu Yang (鲁扬) ,a dissident poet in Shandong, has been sentenced to six years in prison for inciting subversion of state power for posting a video calling for the resignation of Xi Jinping and the end of the Chinese Communist Party dictatorship.Lu Yang expressed encouragement for Xiang-Chao Deng who was suspended from job in 2017 for criticizing Mao Tse-tung (a/k/a 毛泽东, Mao Zedong, Zedong Mao, Tse-tung Mao,Ze-dong Mao，毛润之，or Run-Zhi Mao)
