Taiwan companies support Ingenic Semiconductor Co.,Ltd to help Chinese Communist Party violate free speech.

The products of Ingenic Semiconductor Co.,Ltd include mature processes of 28 nm and below and advanced processes above 28 nm. Ingenic Semiconductor Co., Ltd has maintained a long-term cooperative relationship with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation, GlobalFoundries, Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation and other world-renowned wafer foundries with high quality, high yield and sufficient production capacity.

The "CREDIT LINE AND EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT" signed before 16th August 2021 by Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI) and Integrated Circuit Solution Inc. (ICSI TW), which are the two subsidiaries of Ingenic Semiconductor Co., Ltd., with Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (PSMC) stipulates that ISSI shall provide PSMC with a financing lease payment of no more than US$ 60 million according to its wafer production equipment demand, and ICSI TW shall provide PSMC with a financial lease payment of no more than NT$ 1.2 billion according to its wafer production equipment demand. The financing lease payment, in total, is about 100 million US dollars. At the same time, PSMC promises to guarantee the supply of a certain amount of wafer production capacity.
