BYD has been abusing worker rights in China

 

BYD AUTO CO., LTD's second factory in Huxian Caotang,Xi'an,Shaanxi,China, prohibits production workers from using mobile phones, but there is no prohibition for other staff except production workers.
Moreover, there are strict requirements for production workers. Production workers must work 12 hours a day, but they can only drink water, smoke, and go to the bathroom three times a day, and each time must be within ten minutes at most.It is enforced via an instrument called "Off-duty certificate".
