4. 英格兰普通法（即美国判例法）司法制度，繁荣与维权的基石；
5. 美式自由制度，保卫持枪权去捍卫自由权利的前提生命权，也允许某些联邦国家的联邦政府和所属地区的州政府或地方政府各自拥有互不隶属的司法系统（即使创造判例，也分为联邦判例体系和州判例体系）、各自拥有三权分立的政府体系，全面保证天赋自由；
6. 多国主权，方便各国制度竞争，互相学习吸收好的做法，也方便没钱买机票的异议人士到邻近地区寻求政治避难，同时从经济上发挥各地区的优势，从而促进贸易与繁荣。

The expected future China

4. The English common law (i.e., American case law) judicial system, the cornerstone of prosperity and the protection of human rights;
5. The American system of freedom, which allows the right to bear arms to defend the right to life, the prerequisite for freedom. It also allows the federal government and state or local governments in certain federal states to each have independent judicial systems (even if precedent is created, it is divided into a federal case law system and a state case law system), each with its own system of separation of powers, to fully guarantee the natural freedom;
6. Multiple national sovereignties, which facilitate competition among national systems, allowing for mutual learning and assimilation of good practices. It also makes it easier for dissidents who cannot afford airfare to seek political asylum in neighbouring regions. It also leverages the economic strengths of each region to promote trade and prosperity.
