海外华人餐厅可能是中国共产党设立的残害异议人士的陷阱和诱饵

 如果你想要吃地道的家乡菜一定要去华人餐厅吗？我看未必，而且去华人餐厅很可能让你后悔一辈子。

美国老四川餐饮集团创办人&董事长、美中餐饮业联合会创办人和主席、全美中餐联盟常务副主席、北京市海外联谊会委员胡晓军Tony Hu于2015年4月24日在北京参加国务院侨办举办的第38期华侨华人社团负责人研习班暨海外中餐业协会负责人特色班,与北京市海外交流协会、北京市旅游行业协会签战略合作协议。




受国外劳务签证政策的影响及从业人员外语水平、工资待遇等因素制约, 包括那些中国共产党影响的厨师等厨师“走出去”是一个难题。为了解决这一难题,四川省归国华侨联合会促成四川旅游学院、中共国国内餐饮协会与海外中餐业协会、中餐馆开展交流合作,组织可能受中国共产党影响的川菜大师赴海外给当地学员授课,使之成为具有当地工作身份、语言交流本地化的中餐厨师，从而方便中国共产党渗透外国。例如，朱万成，男，1964年出生，四川德阳人，资深级注册中国烹饪大师，川菜大师，美国中华烹饪大师，国家职业技能鉴定高级考评员，国家职业技能竞赛裁判员，四川省德阳市旅游职业学校烹饪专业教研组组长，中江妙味天香技木顾问，兼任省内外多家连锁企业技术顾问、产品代言人、行政总厨，中国国际厨师协会名厨委主任，是中共党员。中国共产党领导的四川省归国华侨联合会从2019年开始举办海外中餐业社团负责人研修班,邀请全球各地的海外中餐业社团负责人、中餐馆从业侨胞等回到四川, 搭建起海内外中餐业文化交流平台。胡晓军于2023年第三次参加海外中餐业社团负责人研修班。

胡晓军或其他侨领签字的行为很可能导致整个美国、加拿大或整个海外的华人餐厅成了中国共产党的办事处、海外派出所、海外宣传部门、海外统战部门，从而导致去里面饮食的顾客成为中国共产党绑架、俘虏、非法监控、个人信息盗窃的受害者，甚至可能被下毒，如果这个顾客碰巧是中共想除掉的刘晓波那样的异议人士或李克强这样的人的话。

申命记里面的律法

申命记

除了我以外，你不可有别的神。




不可为自己雕刻偶像，也不可做什么形像仿佛上天、下地，和地底下、水中的百物。




不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉它们。因为我你的神耶和华是忿怒的神。厌弃我的，我必追讨他的罪，自父及子，直到三四代；




爱我、守我诫命的，我必向他们发慈爱，直到千代。




不可指着你神耶和华的名起假誓，因为指着神名起假誓的，耶和华必不以他为无有。




当守安息日，守为圣日，正如你神耶和华所吩咐你的。

在那里，你们必事奉人手所造、不能看、不能听、不能吃、不能闻的木石之神。
但你们若在那里寻求，必寻见你们的神耶和华；

根据一些中国人敬拜神、祭祖的方式和部分遵守耶和华神的法令、律法和规则的习惯，感觉到部分中国人的祖先可能以前是以色列人的一部分，后来他们侍奉木神和石神，例如乐山大佛，导致神耶和华不悦。一些中国人选择祭祖，可能是因为他们的祖宗是那些和上帝有起誓的约定的以色列人，可能他们因此认为通过祭祖可以得到上帝的保佑。因此，解决他们苦难的办法可能是他们应该开始全心全意地寻求神耶和华，并像所有犹太人一样回归和服从神耶和华。

The decrees, laws, and rules of God in Book of Deuteronomy



You shall have no other gods beside Me.

You shall not make for yourself a sculptured image, any likeness of what is in the heavens above, or on the earth below, or in the waters below the earth.

You shall not bow down to them or serve them. For I your God LORD am an impassioned God, visiting the guilt of the parents upon the children, upon the third and upon the fourth generations of those who reject Me,

but showing kindness to the thousandth generation of those who love Me and keep My commandments.

You shall not swear falsely by the name of your God LORD; for LORD will not clear one who swears falsely by God’s name.

Observe the sabbath day and keep it holy, as your God LORD has commanded you.

Six days you shall labor and do all your work,

but the seventh day is a sabbath of your God LORD; you shall not do any work—you, your son or your daughter, your male or female slave, your ox or your ass, or any of your cattle, or the stranger in your settlements, so that your male and female slave may rest as you do.

Remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt and your God LORD freed you from there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm; therefore your God LORD has commanded you to observe the sabbath day.

Honor your father and your mother, as your God LORD has commanded you, that you may long endure, and that you may fare well, in the land that your God LORD is assigning to you.

In the chapter IV of Book of Deuteronomy, Mose said the following,
When you have begotten children and children’s children and are long established in the land, should you act wickedly and make for yourselves a sculptured image in any likeness, causing your God LORD displeasure and vexation, 
I call heaven and earth this day to witness against you that you shall soon perish from the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess; you shall not long endure in it, but shall be utterly wiped out. 
LORD will scatter you among the peoples, and only a scant few of you shall be left among the nations to which LORD will drive you.
There you will serve gods of wood and stone, made by human hands, that cannot see or hear or eat or smell. 
But if you search there, you will find your God LORD, if only you seek with all your heart and soul— 
when you are in distress because all these things have befallen you and, in the end, return to and obey your God LORD. 
For your God LORD is a compassionate God, who will not fail you nor let you perish; [God] will not forget the covenant made on oath with your fathers.

According to custom of some Chinese in terms of method of worshipping gods or ancestors and partly following decrees, laws, and rules of God LORD, it was sensed that they might have been part of Israelites before, and afterwards they served gods of wood and stone, such as Leshan Giant Buddha, causing God LORD displeasure. Some Chinese choose to worship their ancestors, perhaps because their ancestors were the Israelites who had a covenant made on oath with God LORD, and they may therefore believe that they can receive God's blessing through ancestor worship. So the solution to their misery may be that they should start to search God LORD with all their heart and soul and return to and obey God LORD like all other Jewish.

China is using AI bioweapon system to prepare starting world war of mass destruction

 China is using AI bioweapon system to challenge the world order. And there seems to be cooperation of no ceiling or no up-limit between Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, or other US institutes, and People's Liberation Army(PLA) of Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s China.

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory may help PLA develop bio-weapon system and implement bio-warfare plan based on AI through cooperating with Shaoliang Peng, professor at National University of Defense Technology of PLA. 


(The entities that signed cooperation agreements with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory-Asia include   Institute of Immunology, Second Military Medical University of PLA with contact Yizhi Yu and with National University of Defense Technology of PLA with contact Shaoliang Peng)

Shaoliang Peng who is also afflicted with National Supercomputer Center in Changsha co-authored "Parallel optimization of variation detection algorithms for large-scale genome data" in 2020.

独立宣言改编版


除台湾、日本、韩国等自由民主国家以外的远东地区人民一致通过的《独立宣言》。


随着世间事务的发展，当一个民族必须解除其和另一个民族之间的政治联系并取得自然法则和上帝所赋予的、在举世列国中独立与平等的地位时，他们出於对人类舆论的尊重必须宣示驱使他们独立的原因。

我们认为下列真理不言而喻:

1. 人人由造物主平等创造(all men are created equal)，

2. 造物者赋予人们若干不可剥夺的权利，包括生命权、自由权和追求幸福的权利；

3. 世间政府是为保障这些权利而建的，政府的正当权力来自于被治理者的认可；

4. 当任何政府形式危及这些目标时，人民就有权予以改变或废除并基于最有可能给他们带来安全与幸福的原则和权力分配形式建立新政府。

的确，从慎重考虑，不应当由于轻微和短暂的原因而改变成立多年的政府。过去的一切经验也都说明，任何苦难，只要尚能忍受，人们都宁愿容忍，而无意废除他们久已习惯的政府来恢复自身的权益。但是，当政府一贯滥用职权、强取豪夺，一成不变地追逐一个目标，足以证明它旨在把人民置于绝对专制统治之下时，那么，人民就有权利，也有义务推翻这个政府，并为他们未来的安全建立新的保障。

这就是中国共产党执政的中华人民共和国的这些殖民地过去逆来顺受的情况，也是它们现在不得不改变以前政府制度的原因。当今中华人民共和国及中国共产党的历史，是一再损人利己和强取豪夺的历史，所有这些暴行的直接目的，就是想在这些殖民地建立一种绝对的暴政。为了证明所言属实，现把下列事实公正地向世界宣布。

他拒绝批准对公众利益最有益、最必要的法律。

他禁止他的人大、政府们批准急需和至关重要的法律，要不就把这些法律搁置起来暂等待他的同意；一旦这些法律被搁置起来，他就完全置之不理。例如拒绝批准《公民权利和政治权利国际公约》，将《公民权利和政治权利国际公约》搁置起来。

他用自己挑选好的代表去剥夺人民自己在立法机关中的代表权；但这种权利对他们有无法估量的价值，只有暴君才畏惧这种权利。他把各地人大代表召集到既不方便、也不舒适的北京去开会，其唯一的目的是使他们疲于奔命，顺从他的意旨。

中华人民共和国一再使用暴力阻碍独立竞选人大代表的参选人，拒绝为受到暴力攻击的独立竞选的人大代表的参选人提供人身保护，一再阻碍人民投票给独立竞选的人大代表参选人，因为他们坚定果敢地反对他侵犯人民的各项权利。
 

他竭力抑制各殖民地人们自由离开殖民地，为此，他不断增加不予出国的情况、不断增加取得护照需要达到的条件，不断增加出国需要的审批手续，任意撕毁、注销出国所需护照。


他公开反对司法独立，藉以阻挠司法公正。他控制了法官的任期、薪金数额和支付，从而让法官完全从属于他个人的意志。


他公开反对三权分立、公开反对普世人权价值，藉以对殖民地人民实施绝对性的暴政。

他建立多种衙门，派遣蝗虫般多的官员，骚扰我们人民，并蚕食民脂民膏。

在和平时期，他就在我们中间设立无处不在的监控摄像头，对我们实施监视居住制度。

在和平时期，他就在我们中间建立网络防火墙，在新浪微博、腾讯QQ、微信等等网络媒体上设置关键字或其他方法任意删帖封号，在国际互联网接口上设置各种软件，阻碍我们自由使用X、推特、YouTube、reddit、WhatsApp或自由更新Google 安卓系统，阻碍我们使用国际互联网从自由媒体获取电子报刊的权利，剥夺我们自由使用国际互联网形式言论自由的权利，剥夺造物主赋予我们的不可剥夺的言论自由、新闻自由、信息自由。

他还批准这些人炮制的假冒法案，来到达下述目的：在我们这里驻扎大批武装部队；

用假审讯或其他方式来包庇腐败官员、刽子手，使那些杀害我们各殖民地居民的谋杀者逍遥法外；

未经我们同意便向我们强行收税；

在许多案件中剥夺我们享有辩护的权益；编造罪名把我们递解入狱。

在香港地区废除英国法律的自由和独立司法制度，在那里建立专横政府，并扩大它的疆界，以便向香港推行同样的专制统治；控制香港人自己的立法机构，宣称他们自己在任何情况下都有权以国家安全为名为香港立法。

他在我们的海域和陆地大肆掠夺，蹂躏我们的海岸，残害我们人民的生命。

他欺骗、强迫我们公民同胞充军、从警、入党、入团、入少先队，成为残杀自己朋友和亲人的刽子手，或是死于自己朋友和亲人的手下，或替中国共产党、政府欺骗、监视自己的朋友和亲人。在这些压迫的每一阶段中，我们都曾用最谦卑的言辞请求救济，但我们一再的请愿求所得到的答覆却是一再的伤害。这样，一个政党、组织和政府，在其品行格已打上了可以看作是暴君行为的烙印时，便不配做自由人民的统治者。

我们一再警告过中国共产党、中华人民共和国政府，他们的雇员企图把无理的管辖权横加到我们的头上。我们曾经呼唤中国共产党、中华人民共和国政府的雇员们天生的正义感和侠肝义胆，我们恳切陈词，请他们念在同文同种的份上，弃绝这些必然会破坏我们彼此关系和往来的无理掠夺。对于这种来自正义和基于血缘的呼声，他们却也同样置若罔闻。迫不得已，我们不得不宣布和他们分离。我们会以对待其他民族一样的态度对待他们：战时是仇敌，平时是朋友。

因此，我们，集合在社交网络平台的中华人民共和国的各殖民地的代表，为我们各项正当意图，吁请全世界最崇高的正义：

以各殖民地善良人民的名义并经他们授权，我们极为庄严地宣布，这些殖民地从此各自成为、而且是名正言顺地成为自由和独立的国家；

他们解除效忠中华人民共和国的一切义务，他们和中华人民共和国、中国共产党之间的一切政治关系从此全部断绝，而且必须断绝；

How to understand multinationals operating in Communist China

 Since Communist China is a country where the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) is above the law, it is necessary to understand what multinational companies such as TSMC, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Tesla, Microsoft, Apple and Nvidia are doing in the Communist China from the party constitution of the CCP, and the content of documents of entities related to the CCP.

If we do not understand what TSMC, Facebook, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Tesla, Microsoft, Nvidia, Apple and other multinational companies are doing in China from the perspective that Communist China is a country where Chinese Communist Party is above the law, the party constitution of the CCP, and the content of documents of entities related to the CCP, we may never understand why TSMC, Facebook, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Tesla, Microsoft, Nvidia, Apple and other multinational companies are becoming more and more communist,and consumers may continue blindly using the products of TSMC,  Facebook, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Tesla, Microsoft, Apple, and Nvidia, which are becoming increasingly communist, and thus be harmed by the Communist Party and become victims of the terrorist organization, the Chinese Communist Party.

For example, Yuan Bin, deputy director and manager of the information engineering department of TSMC (China) Co., Ltd., is the chairman of the labor union of TSMC (China) Co., Ltd. The Constitution of the Chinese Trade Union requires trade union cadres to implement the basic line and various policies of the CCP. The All-China Federation of Trade Unions, led by the Secretariat of the CCP Central Committee, has ultimate ownership of the assets of trade unions at all levels, is responsible for international liaison work of trade unions, and is responsible for exchanges with trade unions in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, ie the United Front Work. Therefore, Yuan Bin, deputy director of TSMC (China) Co., Ltd. and chairman of the labor union of TSMC (China) Co., Ltd., may also be responsible for implementing the Chinese Communist Party’s united front work against Taiwan. Sun Qian is the secretary of the general branch of the CCP of TSMC (China) Co., Ltd. According to the Regulations on the Organizational Work of the CCP, the Party branch is the basic organization of the Party and the basic unit for the Party organization to carry out its work. The Party branch is responsible for directly educating, managing, and supervising Party members, as well as organizing and propagating to the masses. The Constitution of the CCP stipulates that party members must keep secrets for the party and the country, and party members must obey the organization, subordinates must obey superiors, and obey the Party Central Committee.  CCP Central Committee could ask the CCP branch of TSMC (China) Co., Ltd. to illegally provide TSMC chips to the Huawei Party branch, and then the CCP members of TSMC kept secrets for the CCP, and it was impossible for them to tell the truth to TSMC headquarters, let alone the United States.
