Chinese People's Liberation Army intentionally released infectious viruses to test vaccine effetiveness on Africans both in China and Africa

 The official website of the Chinese government admited that as early as 2006, the recombinant Ebola vaccine project had been supported by the national "863" plan, which made it clear that the Chinese Communist Party prepared releasing Ebola viruses to test its vaccine. The CCP has sent a number of medical aid teams to Africa. These medical teams are actually medical spies.

Chen Wei was the director of the Institute of Bioengineering of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, is presently the Director of the Institute of Biotechnology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences and presumed head of China’s biological warfare program. Chen Wei is currently the director and researcher of the Institute of Bioengineering of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences of the PLA, with a professional technology level 5, the rank of major general, and a doctoral tutor of microbiology at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences. Chen Wei also serves as the director of the Army's Key Laboratory of Biological Weapon Injury Prevention and Control Drugs, the deputy director of the National Pharmacopoeia Biotechnology, and the expert of the National Infectious Disease Major Project General Group.

In 2012 Chen Wei published research papers on Ebola: 

1. Prediction and identification of mouse cytotoxic T lymphocyte epitopes in Ebola virus glycoproteins supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. 

2.Novel thermal-sensitive hydrogel enhances both humoral and cell-mediated immune responses by intranasal vaccine delivery

The Chen Wei project team had completed Phase I clinical trials for Chinese populations and African populations in China in Taizhou Medical City and Zhejiang University successively, proving the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine. 

After the outbreak of Ebola in West Africa in 2014, on the basis of the previous work, Chen Wei's team immediately cooperated with Tianjin CanSino Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which was a biowarfare participant of Chinese People's Liberation Army founded by talents introduced by the national "Thousand Talents Program" to carry out scientific and technological research on a new type of Ebola vaccine. 

After launching a special approval process in conjunction with the Ministry of Health of the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the vaccine became the world's first 2014 gene-mutated Ebola vaccine to enter the clinic.

On 10 October 2015 the recombinant Ebola vaccine developed by the team of Chen Wei began its phase II clinical trial in Sierra Leone. In fact, it is to use Africans for Ebola virus vaccine experiments. It does not rule out the possibility of the Chinese People's Liberation Army deliberately releasing viruses in Africa in the name of medical aid.

Chinese Communist Party set up the first fixed biosafety laboratory abroad completed on 11 Feb 2015 in the Republic of Sierra Leone, which could test, store viruses and as well as release viruses including COVID19, Ebola, HIV, etc.

COVID-19 was created in a laboratory by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army and fine-tuned as a bioweapon.It was specifically designed to be highly contagious, but often asymptomatic, have low lethality, but produce uncontrollable variants and possessing characteristics providing plausible deniability as a bioweapon. According to Chinese military doctrine, such bioweapons are used prior to a declaration of war for political or international strategic needs, where the use of which can be denied.

It's necessarily for all African countries to drive out all military medical teams of Chinese Communist Party, cease all cooperation with People's Republic of China to enjoy life without viruses and make friends with Taiwan. Taiwan, Japan and other countries could provide more effective and transparent medical solutions to diseases.
