Technology Theft by Current Professor Rui Qiao in Virginia Tech for Chinese Communist Party's Military Project

 Rui Qiao has been working at Virginia Tech in the United States since 2014, and at Clemson University in the United States from 2005 to 2014.

The official website of Xi'an Jiaotong University proves that from 16-17 May 2019, Professor Rui Qiao of Virginia Tech gave a report titled "Transport Phenomena at Small Scales: Physics, Chemistry, and Data" in the Dongqi Lecture Hall of Xi'an Jiaotong University and patiently , describes the current research progress of machine learning in terms of CFD calculation convergence, data collection, and explanation of the principles of neural networks. Professor Rui Qiao was invited to come to Xi'an Jiaotong University for exchange, and also negotiated with Tao (presumably Tao Wenquan) from Xi'an Jiaotong University over work arrangement.

Rui Qiao (Ph.D. supervisor of Guang Feng) gave an academic report entitled "Transport Phenomena at Small Scales: A Few Glances from Computational Studies" in Room 201, Power Building, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from  6 to 7 June 2019. In this paper, the research on microscale transport phenomena and related applications were presented, and the approximate range of microscale was given. The research fields of his team on micro-scale transport phenomena, including interfacial forces, molecular chemistry, thermal management, etc., and corresponding application examples, such as inkjet printing-based biomanufacturing technology, nanomaterial particle migration technology, Ion transport in supercapacitors, heat transport in graphene composites, etc were introduced in the report.

Weiwei Deng, 2015. 8 - 2017.5 Virginia Tech associate professor (tenure), 2017.5 - present professor at Southern University of Science and Technology whose research interests are microscale experimental fluid mechanics, droplet generation and impact dynamics, droplet-based jet printing and has presided over a sub-project of a major national defense project of Communist China. In 2019, Professor Rui Qiao of Virginia Tech School of Mechanical Engineering participated in the research work of this person.
