How possibly was monkeypox developed by military force

It was reported by the Associate Press that sexual transmission among gay and bisexual men at two raves in Europe likely caused the unprecedented outbreak of monkeypox in developed countries, a leading adviser to the World Health Organization says.

But WHO lackes sufficient legitamacy as it refuses to admit its founding member Republic of China into any meeting including World Health Assembly and instead it admits representative of terrorist organization Chinese Communist Party(CCP) into World Health Assembly, violating the Constitution of WHO.

There are evidences about possibility of CCP's military force of creating or manipulating monkeypox viruses.

CCP has many kinds of military-civil fusion(MCF) schemes. One of the scheme is to develop vaccines, testing kits, etc., in a civil entity supervised by military personnels. To carry out the scheme, military personnel become senior management or members of board of directors or board of supervisors.(According to CCP's Companies Law, corporate governance in any enterprise comprises board of directors and board of supervisors). And then viruses are used to test vaccines or testing kits.

Sansure Biotech Inc.,"圣湘生物科技股份有限公司",is an example of MCF schemes. As reported by Sina.com, on 22 May 2022, it announced through the official WeChat account that the monkeypox virus nucleic acid detection kit (PCR-fluorescent probe method) has been reserved in the company's scientific research products, which is suitable for the rapid diagnosis of diseases caused by monkeypox virus infection and compatible with fluorescent PCR platform and Sansure Biotech POCT platform.

The corporate governance structure of Sansure Biotech is typical MCF.

One officer is from military hospital. It helped military hospital obtain knowledge in developing testing kits such as through cooperation with hospital.  Jun Zhou,"周俊", Deputy General Manager and Chief Medical Officer, born in September 1971, Chinese nationality,  from September 1989 to July 1997, studied for a master's degree in preventive medicine at Xinjiang Medical University; from September 2002 to July 2005, studied for a doctoral degree in clinical laboratory at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences; from August 2005 to August 2007 , a postdoctoral fellow in mathematics and medicine at the Postdoctoral Station of the General Hospital of the Beijing Military Region. From September 1997 to June 2018, she successively worked in the Blood Transfusion Department of the Clinical Research Institute of Lanzhou Military Region General Hospital, the Blood Transfusion Department of the PLA General Hospital, the Blood Transfusion Department of the Beijing Military Region General Hospital, and the Seventh Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital (Army General Hospital). She joined Sansure Biotech in July 2018 and is currently the company's deputy general manager and chief medical officer.. Salary was CNY954,500 in 2021.

One officer graduated from military medical university and then studied abroad. Such background enabled CCP to contact with foreign academies and acquired and used latest knowledge and technologies in virology. Wei-Min Miao, "缪为民", Chief Scientist, From September 1989 to February 1998, worked as a teaching assistant and lecturer at the Second Military Medical University; from February 1998 to August 2001, as a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School, USA; from September 2001 to October 2002 , Senior Scientist, Adherex Bioengineering Company, Canada; October 2002 to August 2006, Associate Researcher, McGill University School of Medicine, Canada; September 2006 to August 2010, Assistant Professor, University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine ; From September 2010 to August 2012, research assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine; from March 2012 to May 2019, a distinguished professor at the Hospital of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and joined Sansure Biotech in June 2019. But another website showed that he may have obtained PHD from Fudan University before going to USA for further study verified by two papers publised in 1997 and 1998. It's likely that he cheated Harvard University with Fudan University PhD to cover up military background to pass through security check.

Other officers had worked in famous pharmacy companies, such as Pfizer. Such background helped CCP to obtain know-how or other IPs for military use from top companies under the cover of civil cooperation. Such background also supplied channel of contact to CCP for influencing big companies to lobby for CCP regime and for influencing US FDA's decisions regarding registering of new drugs.

Chief information officer Rangjiao Roger Liu,"刘让蛟", worked as a teaching assistant and lecturer at Peking University from July 1991 to September 1994; from September 1994 to June 1999,  worked as a teaching assistant and research assistant at the University of Oregon, USA; from July 1999 to September 2000 , worked as a software engineering scientist and senior engineering scientist in Oxford Molecular Group, USA; from September 2000 to November 2009, worked as a research application designer and R&D manager in Pfizer, USA;from November 2009 to February 2013,  worked as a senior research manager at Corning Corporation, USA; from April 2013 to December 2016,  worked as a senior scientific software engineer at Jackson Laboratory, USA; from January 2017 to February 2018, Deputy General Manager of Tianjin Novogene Bioinformatic Technology Co.,ltd. Since March 2018, Rangjiao Roger Liu has served as the vice president of the company's life science research institute and chief information officer.
