Among the pneumonia epidemic support teams, why are some called national medical teams and some local medical teams?

An author did his homework on purpose. The national medical team includes highly skilled and high-quality members, followed by language requirements.

The counselor in his university is from the National Medical Team. He is a military doctor and speaks excellent English.

Now let him tell you about the medical team ☞

Introduction

On April 6, 1963, according to the instructions of Premier Zhou Enlai, the Chinese government was invited to send the first foreign medical team to support Algeria, opening a new situation for China's cooperation with third world countries. [1]

background

In July 1962, the Algerian people in northern Africa, after a long and bloody struggle, got rid of the more than 130-year-long rule of foreign colonialists and won the war of national liberation and national independence. Faced with bullet scars and devastated wounds, the new Algerian government urgently needs to heal the wounds of the war, develop the national economy, fill the medical gap left by the withdrawal of Western doctors, and rescue civilians who are afflicted by diseases, have no way to seek medical treatment, and are struggling on the line of death. People, at the end of the year, the Algerian government issued an urgent appeal to the world through the International Red Cross. At the beginning of 1963, the Chinese government, which had just emerged from the shadow of three years of great famine disasters of 96 million deaths, was the first to respond to the invitation of the Algerian government in order to express the Chinese people's friendly feelings towards the Algerian people. The first Chinese medical team consists of 24 medical experts from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Jilin, Hunan and other places mainly from Hubei Province. Among them, the first group of 13 people left the motherland by train from Beijing on April 6, 1963, on the third day after receiving the order, arrived in Algeria after more than ten days of travel, and arrived in the western city of Algeria - "Gate of the Sahara" "The city of Saida, settled on the edge of the Sahara Desert, began a difficult start and hard work, and since then began the great historical mission of the Chinese medical community to fulfill its international humanitarian obligations, and opened the door between China and the third world countries. A psalm of health cooperation and assistance with medical teams as the main form. [2]

Algeria is equipped with SR-5 multiple rocket launchers sold by Chinese State-owned Military Enterprise to threat West Sahara of Morocco.

Military: Foreign media say Algeria is equipped with Chinese-made SR-5 multiple rocket launchers
Reference message 2018-01-18 14:54:02

Original title: Jane's: Algeria is equipped with Chinese-made SR-5 multiple rocket launchers

Core tip: British media said that the SR-5 multiple rocket launcher was also unveiled when Salah, Chief of Staff of the National People's Army of Algeria, visited the 41st Armored Brigade stationed in Ain Amenas near the Libyan border.

According to British media, the news that the Algerian National People's Army purchased the SR-5 multiple rocket launcher was confirmed as the Algerian Ministry of Defense released a picture on January 13 showing that the SR-5 multiple rocket launcher of China North Industries Group was used in the actual combat exercise of the Fourth Military Region.

According to the British "Jane's Defense Weekly" report on January 16, evidence of Algeria's purchase of multiple rocket launchers began to appear in November 2017. At the time, the Mina Defense website posted photos showing a large truck with two SR-5 rocket launchers, said to be part of a convoy of weapons systems recently delivered to Algeria.

According to the report, the SR-5 has two magazines and can fire rockets with diameters of 122 mm and 220 mm.

Bahrain is the only other confirmed overseas customer of the weapon system so far, although there are reports that Venezuela also uses the system, the report said.

The SR-5 MLRS were also launched during a visit to the 41st Armoured Brigade stationed in Ain Amenas near the Libyan border by Lieutenant General Ahmed Gaid Salah, Chief of Staff of the National People's Army of Algeria. This same formation made its debut with China North Industries Group's PLZ45 self-propelled howitzer during Lieutenant General Salah's visit in May 2017.

Algerian TV reports again showed the brigade's self-propelled howitzers, this time with ammunition support vehicles and two NORINCO VP-6 armored vehicles, the report said. At least one of them appears to have a raised trunk.

This makes Algeria the first public VP-6 operator. NORINCO's advertisement states that the VP-6 is a 17-ton carrier "primarily used in the armored and mechanized divisions to transport combat and logistics personnel, as well as gunpowder, equipment and other supplies."

Kuwait has been seen operating a variant of the GCL-45 reconnaissance aircraft VP-1 as well as the PLZ-45 self-propelled artillery, raising the possibility that Algeria would switch to a version of the VP-6 that would perform the same role, the report said.

NORINCO's UW1 weapon system has also been seen operating on the 41st Armored Brigade Nimr4x4 armored vehicles, the report said. The Nimr armored vehicle is licensed for production in Algeria.

In his speech, Fan Xianqun first expressed his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to leaders, guests, experts and scholars from all over the world on behalf of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. He pointed out that the development and progress of medicine need innovation as the soul, and always adhere to humanistic care, put the interests and needs of patients first, and solve the health problems that people are most concerned about. Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and its affiliated Ruijin Hospital have been promoting innovation and development with a tenacious spirit, boosting the development of China's medical and health services and the improvement of national health, and have formed many practical concepts and experiences. It is hoped that Through the convening of this conference, we will continue to strengthen international exchanges in the field of health care, share experience and achievements, build a platform and bridge for cooperation, and jointly make more contributions to the cause of human health.

At the meeting, Professor Hicham Nejmi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Morocco, Gu Xiaosong, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Katrin Rupalla, Global R&D Director of Oncology Drugs, Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals, USA, Takahide Tanaka, Executive Director of Japan Omron Health Care Co., Ltd., President of the Swiss National Academy of Medicine, Switzerland Daniel Scheidegger, Professor of the Department of Anesthesiology, University of Basel, Pirjo Nuutila, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Finland, Professor of Metabolic Diseases at the University of Turku, Yin Yuxin, Director of the Institute of Systems Biomedicine, Peking University, and 14 scholars, experts and well-known enterprises from 9 countries Jia shared reports, focusing on new methods and research concepts in biotechnology, medical applications of big data and artificial intelligence, cellular and cancer immunity, genomic and molecular biology, medical and pharmaceutical biotechnology, enzyme and protein engineering, biological Informatics and systems biology, biomedical engineering technology and other topics are aimed at promoting the exchange of theoretical applications and technological development in this field.

Precision medicine is a hot topic in the current focus. From treatment to prevention, the ultimate goal of precise diagnosis and precision medicine should be precise health. Takahide Tanaka, executive executive director of Japan's Omron Health and Medical Co., Ltd., shared a case of shifting from disease treatment to preventive medicine. "In 1973, when we sold the first blood pressure monitor, doctors even accused us, but now measuring blood pressure at home has become the norm, and the sales have reached 200 million." He believes that behind this is the change in residents' medical concept and self-esteem. Increased health concerns. Pirjo Nuutila, a member of the Finnish National Academy of Sciences and a professor of metabolic disease at the University of Turku in Finland, said the Finnish government had been working on the establishment of "My Database" 10 years ago. This database includes three levels. The first level is the personal genome, which is mainly used to observe genetic information, because genes play a 40% role in determining each person's physical condition; the second level is electronic medical records, which are derived from Information collected by hospitals and pharmacies; the third layer is personal health data, including people's usual exercise and diet. What we're doing now is working on using the information in the database for healthcare.

The significance of precision medicine is not limited to doctors and patients. For biopharmaceutical companies, precision medicine also points out a direction for them. For example, Katrin Rupalla, global research and development director of oncology drugs at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals, "The disease spectrum in different regions shows differences between populations in different regions." For example, the incidence of nasopharyngeal cancer in southern China is higher than that in the north, so pharmaceutical companies can adapt to different regions. Research and development of different types of drugs. "Different regions have different combinations of disease bands, which can not only reflect the combination of diseases that endanger people in a certain place, but also guide relevant units to carry out targeted work."

Experts and scholars at the meeting also held lively seminars and questions and answers. This biological and life science technology and industry branch attracted more than 200 researchers from all over the country to participate, and the venue was full.

How to fix NIH and NIAID's funding problem

by Ji Yuan

Fauci's NIH failed to fulfill the fiduciary duty entrusted by the American taxpayers and continued lying on the fund usage.

In order to prevent and stop misusing federal fund of taxpayers, effective measures are recommended:

  1. Stringent assessment of NIH officers at least annually and independently in a way similiar to directors of board of US listed companies. That is corporate performance management, including managerial accounting, should be applied to NIH.
  2. Federal Tax Cut. The process has commenced under Trump Times. It's unclear whether Democrats will continue the process.
  3. More restriction on the treasury bonds issuance. Restriction could contribute to less federal spending or deficit, future less taxes collected and healthier financial market.
  4. Independent audit of NIH funds and timely stop loss. Audit work of Federal Government Accountability Office must be scrutinized as well. Scope, nature of audit procedures and time, etc must be scrutinized in a matter applied by audit quality assurance.
  5. Researchers receiving federal fund must swear orally that Form 1040 Individual Income Tax has included all income arising from foreign countries such as China, including non-monetary income, travel reimbursement, gifts, etc. Swear that the computer including US properties has never been and will never be brought to China. Researcher's carriers of US properties are available to audit such as IT audit by NIH. The same applied to NIH's officers and employees.
  6. The above measures apply to Fauci's NIAID

Yongsheng Chen, a current professor in the US, is working for sister of Wuhan Institute of Virology and may have cheated US IRS on income arising from transferring IP to China illegally

 by Ji Yuan

Yongsheng Chen has been working as Associate Professor, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology and Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Arizona State University since 2009.

1.Profile with material misstatement
But the profile may have omitted important latest development and in consequence failed to reflect what the profile purported to represent, such as follows:

Yongsheng Chen was appointed to be an adjunct professor of the School of Municipal and Environmental Engineering of Shenyang Jianzhu University in 2017.

Yongsheng Chen is a member of Editorial Board of ACTA HYDROBIOLOGICA SINICA.
ACTA HYDROBIOLOGICA SINICA , located in Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, No. 7 Dongnan South Road, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, is governed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and hosted by the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Chinese Society for Oceanology and Limnology. That means Yongsheng Chen is working for Chinese Academy of Sciences, the parent company of Wuhan Institute of Virology.  Wuhan Institute of Virology is also located in Wuhan.

2.Risks of misusing technical materials which belong to Georgia Institute of Technology resulting in intellectual properties stolen to CCP

Yongsheng Chen made use of materials with mark of Georgia Institute of Technology to give lecture in Shenyang Jianzhu University in 2017.

From 2016 to 2018, he gave lectures in The State Key Laboratory of Separation Membrane and Membrane Process (a military-civil fusion) ,   Tianjin University of Technology,   Nanchang Aviation University, University of Science and Technology Beijing and Changzhou University.  Such malpractice may have transferred US military technologies to Chinese People's Liberation Army.

3.Risk of Material Misstatement in Form 1040 Individual Income Tax and Form 8938 Statement of Specified Foreign Financial Assets

If facts in the section 1 and 2 were omitted, it's uneasy for his employer to identify material misstatement in the tax returns including F1040 and F8938.
