What is expected of political prospect of China after Chinese Communist Party is removed

1. Establish Constitution similar to that of USA.
2. Establish federal system to split power between central and regional governments.
3. Split power into legislation, administration and judicial branches.
4. Judicial system is based on common law of UK.
5. Consider joining Commonwealth, evaluate and reconsider economy and political rationale of other international organizations such as G20, UN,WHO before deciding whether to continue membership. Membership of those organizations funds of which have never been audited and scrutinised independently before will be suspended.
6. Treat hampering or threatening  free speech and free information flow as criminal offence.
7. Employees and management of judicial officers, state auditors and media should never become political party members, not sell political position for personal benefit and business benefit and never trade with political parties.
