Dr. Li Lihua
Li Lihua : Doctor, Professor, Dean of the School of Life Information and Instrument Engineering, Hangzhou Dianzi University. Winner of the National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and a national candidate for the "New Century Hundred Thousand Talents Project". Mainly engaged in information processing theory and technology research in life and health sciences, and carry out theoretical research and technological innovation around issues such as biomedical information processing, intelligent diagnosis and treatment, and medical device research and development in early disease diagnosis and individualized treatment, so as to better Detect, diagnose, treat and manage disease. He has been engaged in scientific research and teaching in the United States for more than ten years. He has served as an associate professor at the University of South Florida, a researcher at the Moffitt Cancer Research Center, an editorial board member of international journals such as Medical Physic, a project reviewer for the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Defense, and Tampa Bay Area. Chairman of the Chinese Association, consultant of the Chinese Students and Scholars Association of the University of South Florida. He has presided over and participated in the completion of more than 20 projects of the National Climbing Program, the National 863 Program, the National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the Provincial Major Science and Technology Program, the Provincial Natural Science Key Fund, and the US Department of Defense and NIH. Obtained ten patents, of which two US patents were adopted by Kodak. Published more than 150 scientific research papers and foreign book chapters. Now presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Basic Research and Development Program (973) and other projects and topics. In 2012, he won the Chinese Overseas Chinese Community Contribution Award (Innovative Talent).

Li Lihua, male, born in 1965 in Dongyang, Zhejiang Province , graduated from the Department of Radio Engineering of Southeast University in 1990 with a doctorate in engineering. The winner of the National Talent Science Fund, the national candidate for the " New Century Hundred Thousand Talents Project " , and the first -level talent in Zhejiang Province . He used to be an associate professor at the University of South Florida and a researcher at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Research Center. He is currently a member of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Advisory Committee, the deputy director of the Academic Committee of Hangzhou Dianzi University, and the executive director of the Bioinformatics and Control Branch of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering. China Association of pharmaceutical biotechnology Biomedical IT branch committee, the provincial federation Distinguished experts, provincial signal processing Society, part-time professor at Virginia Tech, international Journal of Collaborative Intelligence, Cancer Informatics and other editorial board members and other duties. Mainly engaged in the research of biomedical information processing, intelligent diagnosis and treatment, and medical devices, etc., he has achieved international advanced results in the field of intelligent tumor diagnosis and treatment, and has published more than 170 research papers in domestic and foreign scientific journals and important academic conferences . International journals are listed as the most concerned hot research papers, with 2 US patents and more than 20 Chinese patents .
