卢拉选举舞弊

巴西高等选举法院院长确认，他们从未批准过延长 2 小时投票时间：卡西奥·努内斯·马尔克斯（Kassio Nunes Marques）透露，没有任何规章授权由克里斯蒂亚诺·扎宁（Cristiano Zanin，卢拉的前律师兼最高法院大法官）下达的选举延期指令。

巴西高等选举法院（TSE）院长强调，这一决定在巴西历史上史无前例，并且给选举进程制造了困难，因为该决定是在投票站官方关闭时间之后才传达通知的。

巴西联邦最高法院大法官克里斯蒂亚诺·扎宁（Cristiano Zanin）——卢拉总统的前辩护律师（曾在大逃杀级的“洗车行动”洗钱案中为其辩护，后由卢拉亲自提名进入最高法院）——竟然下令将全巴西的投票时间延长整整两小时！！！

扎宁甚至都不是高等选举法院（TSE）的成员，而该法院的院长是由博索纳罗任命的。TSE 通常负责处理一切选举事务。

他的这一裁决迫使选举部门暂停了计票工作。然而，真正的丑闻在于，扎宁根本没有法律权限进行干预，但他依然这样做来帮他的盟友卢拉。

Breaking News: Is Brazil turning into a Banana Republic? From a friend on the ground: “Brazil Supreme Court Justice, Cristiano Zanin, President Lula’s former lawyer who defended him during the Petrobras corruption scandal and whom Lula himself appointed to the Supreme Court, ordered that voting across Brazil be extended by TWO HOURS!!! Zanin is not even a member of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), whose president was appointed by Bolsonaro. The TSE normally handles election issues. His decision forced election authorities to suspend the vote count. The real scandal however, lies in the fact that Zanin had no legal authority to intervene, yet he did so anyway to help his buddy Lula. The order was subsequently restricted to polling stations that had not yet closed, most likely in less developed regions where Lula tends to receive more votes.
