Story of New York City Police Department's former Deputy Commissioner Hugh H. Mo serving Chinese Communist Party

Hugh H. Mo(Mo Hu 莫虎)was hired on 1st December 2022 as special consultant to Chinese Judicial Studies Association, an institute holding founding ceremony on 4th July 2015 following approval of PRC Supreme Court, PRC Ministry of Civil Affairs and PRC Ministry of Justice. 

PRC's Supreme Court Vice President Jiang Bixin and Ministry of Civil Affairs CCP Party Group member Zhan Chengfu read out  replys of Supreme Court and Ministry of Civil Affairs on Approval of Chinese Judicial Studies Association on 4th July 2015. PRC Supreme Court President Zhou Qiang served as president, Supreme Court Executive Vice President Shen Deyong served as executive vice president, Deputy Minister of Justice Zhang Yanzhen,etc.served as vice presidents at Chinese Judicial Studies Association. Taiwan Jurist Association honorary chairman Kao Yu-jen, Chinese(Taiwan) Society of International Law's former chairman CW Chen, Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal's first chief judge Andrew Li Kwok-nang, etc. were hired as special consultants to Chinese Judicial Studies Association. Justice of Hong Kong's Former Secretary Elsie Leung, Yang Tieliang's Former Secretary,  Hong Kong Supreme Court's former chief judge Yang Ti-liang,and Macau Legislative Assembly's former Speaker Susana Chou were hired as special consultants to Chinese Judicial Studies Association.
University of New Haven tenured professor Henry Lee,    Republic of Mauritius Supreme Court's former chief justice Yeung Sik Yuen(杨钦俊) were hired as special consultants to Chinese Judicial Studies Association on 4th July 2015. CCP's fifth column also existed in Africa.



Qiu Yuanping, director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of PRC, met with Mr. and Mrs. Hugh H. Mo, in Beijing on 16th August 2016 and was informed that Hugh H. Mo's youngest son would study at Yunnan University. 2016 financial report of Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of PRC indicated it provides overseas Chinese information to CCP Central Committee, guides and promotes overseas Chinese-related propaganda & Chinese language education. PRC State Council's Overseas Chinese Affairs Office director Qiu Yuanping is also secretary of CCP leadership group thereof. CCP leadership group of Central government is appointed by CCP central committee.
