Verizon suffering outrage in the US has a PRC supply chain problem

Verizon with nationwide outrage bought power management chips of RMB 0.20 million and RMB 3 million in 2019 and 2020, and of RMB4.5 million in the first half year 2021 from Shenzhen Injoinic Technology Co., Ltd. through its dealer Chuangzhi Electronics Technology (S.Z) Co.,Ltd.
Shenzhen Injoinic Technology Co., Ltd., of which email is zqb@injoinic.com, was initially incorporated in Shenzhen, China on 20 November 2014 and converted to a plc on 24 November 2020.
There are only two independent directors in Shenzhen Ingenic Technology Co., Ltd. constituting a majority in the nomination committee, and compensation and assessment committee of Shenzhen Injoinic Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Hong and Ao Jingtao.
Zhang Hong , independent director of Shenzhen Injoinic Technology Co., Ltd. since April 2021 once worked in CETC 58th Institute sanctioned by US. Zhang Hong has worked in Xi'an Jiaotong University since October 2008. At least 14/17 of leaders of Xi'an Jiaotong University are members of Chinese Communist Party.


Ao Jingtao, independent director of Shenzhen Injoinic Technology Co., Ltd. since Nov 2020, once worked at the Zhuhai Audit Bureau of Zhuhai Government. So Ao Jingtao is retired cadre of Zhuhai Municipal government, subject to management by retired cadres bureau of Zhuhai Municipal government and CCP Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee.  CCP Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee Veteran Affairs Bureau held a meeting to promote the city's key work for veterans in 2024. Yu Ruifang, deputy director of the Organization Department of CCP Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee and director of the Veteran Affairs Bureau, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting pointed out that since 2024, under the leadership of the CCP Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the city's veteran affairs departments have adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, conscientiously implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CCP Central Committee and the arrangements of the CCP Provincial Committee and the CCP Municipal Committee, and solidly promoted various work such as service management to achieve practical results.The meeting emphasized that the old cadres work departments at all levels in the city must persist in studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CCP Central Committee as an important task at present and in the future, give full play to the role of retired cadres' party branches, senior citizen universities, and old cadres activity centers, adopt concentrated learning, tutoring reports, seminars, ideological and political courses, etc., make good use of WeChat public account platforms such as "Retired Cadres Work" and "Guangdong Old Cadres", organize old comrades to deeply study and understand the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CCP Central Committee, educate and guide retired cadres to unify their thoughts and actions with the decisions and arrangements of the CCP Central Committee, deeply explore effective ways for retired cadres to play their advantages, build platforms, create carriers, strengthen guarantees, strictly implement the "one person, one policy" for retired cadres, and establish a daily contact and visit work system for old comrades.
According to 2023 annual report of Shenzhen Ingenic Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Hong and Ao Jingtao would serve as independent directors therein from 9th November 2023 to 8th November 2023.
There are only three members in Audit Committee, Nomination Committee,and Remuneration and Appraisal Committee of board of directors, two of which are Zhang Hong and Ao Jingtao. Audit Committee reviewed Proposal on the Appointment of a Financial Director in 2023. Nomination Committee reviewed "Notice on the Election of the Board of Directors and Nomination of the Second Board of Directors",  proposal to select candidates for non-independent directors of the Board of Directors and proposal on the appointment of general manager in 2023.  Remuneration and Appraisal Committee reviewed , among other things, proposal on the Company's 2023 Directors' Remuneration Plan, Proposal on Granting Reserved Restricted Stock to Incentive Targets of the 2022 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan and the proposal to adjust the grant price of the 2022 restricted stock incentive plan in 2023.







 The R&D team members of Shenzhen Injoinic Technology Co., Ltd. come from internationally renowned IC design companies such as TI, ST, MPS, Huawei's HiSilicon, etc. 
Chinese Communist Party has likely a significant influence over Shenzhen Injoinic Technology Co., Ltd. either through independent directors working in the special committees or Huawei HiSilicon's former employee. Huawei is a vey famous bad actor both in terms of helping CCP violate free speech and helping Iran evade US sanctions.

There also appeared to be a Chinese Communist Party(CCP)'s Fifth Column Problem in Verizon. Deng Fanhua, Deputy Consul General of PRC in San Francisco, Ye Ouyang, Verizon Fellow, Verizon Wireless, and  Tony Chang, Vice President of Huawei's U.S. R&D Center, jointly attended a ceremony Asian American Engineer of the Year Award 2017, hosted by Chinese Institute of Engineers (Seattle Chapter) CIE-USA, on 25th February 2017 at The Westin Bellevue. In addition to the award ceremony, there are also technology and business conferences in four separate venues, including leadership technology and career development, information technology, aviation, biomedicine and biotechnology. In addition, there are STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and business-oriented job fairs, as well as resume writing and interview skills workshops. Microsoft Executive Vice President Harry Shum and Boeing Vice President John Hamilton gave keynote speeches. U.S. Congressman Judy May Chu sent a video congratulations. Washington Governor Jay Inslee and ten U.S. congressmen including Patty Murray Send a congratulatory letter. A total of 20 Asian elites in the American engineering community received awards at this award ceremony.Among them, Tony Chang, Vice President of Huawei's US R&D Center, David Ku, Vice President of Microsoft Corporation, Jenette Ramos, Vice President of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, and Benson Shen, co-founder and president of Lightel Technology Company, won the Executive Officer of the Year Award. Dr. Chin-Pao Huang from the University of Delaware received the Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award. MIT professor Nam Pyo Suh received the Outstanding Science and Technology Award.Guozhang Cao, Joy Chik, Seema Deshpande, Ireena A Erteza, Ambrose Kam, David Lu, Ye Ouyang, Gaurav Sareen, Sipex Sum, Guijun Wang won the Engineer of the Year Award, and four others including Alexandra Abad, Jack Suen, Tony Samcad, Xiaoxi Wang won the Most Promising Engineer of the Year Award.

Ye Ouyang(欧阳晔) left Verizon Wireless and joined in Asiainfo in 2018. AsiaInfo Technologies, together with China Mobile, China Telecom, Verizon, AT&T, Stevens Institute of Technology and Tsinghua University, co-authored and released "The Next Decade of Telecommunications Artificial Intelligence" in 2021.

After delisting, Skipper Holdings Limited (the indirect controlling shareholder of AsiaInfo Holdings) carried out new strategic planning and deployment. Zhang Yichen (张懿宸), the indirect shareholder of SKIPPER INVESTMENT LIMITED, is the chairman and CEO of CITIC Capital Holdings Limited. Asiainfo Security Technologies Co., Ltd. procured technology and services from Asiainfo Technologies Limited for RMB 12.5266 million in 2018.


The Third Research Institute of PRC's Ministry of Public Security and Asiainfo Security Technologies Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony in Shanghai in August 2017. Zhu Renfei, Secretary of the CCP's Committee of the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security(中华人民共和国公安部第三研究所党委书记朱任飞), Jin Bo, Assistant Director of the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security(中华人民共和国公安部第三研究所所长助理金波), He Zheng, Chairman of Asiainfo Security Technologies Co., Ltd., Liu Donghong, President of Asiainfo Network Security Industry Technology Research Institute, and Tong Ning, Vice President, attended the signing ceremony. The Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security and Asiainfo Security Technologies Co., Ltd. would carry out long-term and all-round cooperation and exchanges in the fields of network security technology research, third-party forensic laboratories, network security situation awareness, network anti-fraud, APT incident protection investigation, public security information network security, and talent training thereafter. He Zheng who formerly worked in the Third Department of the General Staff of PLA(中国人民解放军总参三部) and the PLA Information Engineering University(中国人民解放军信息工程大学). The Third Department of the PLA General Staff is the Third Department of the General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Its function is to be responsible for "signal intelligence" (technical reconnaissance), that is, to listen to, process and forward the communication transmission signals of foreign radio stations, to listen to the domestic military network communication, satellite detection, large radar detection and national strategic early warning system.

Those collaborating with AsiaInfo Technologies, whose employee co-authoring the paper is Ye Ouyang, China Mobile, China Telecom and Tsinghua University are Maulik Shah at Verizon, David Belanger at AT&T and Stevens Institute of Technology by co-authoring "The Next Decade of Telecommunications Artificial Intelligence" in 2021.
